You don't need to be an ice cream expert. What matters more to us is who you are – whether in production, the warehouse, the office or engineering. We'll teach you the trade.
What counts is your attitude: curiosity, team spirit and the drive to learn something new every day. We're looking for young people who want to get stuck in and help shape things.
If you love ice cream as much as we do – you'll fit right in at Eisbär!
No. What matters is that you're keen to learn and reliable. We'll teach you everything else step by step.
You'll receive fair monthly pay that increases with each year of training. We're happy to tell you the exact amounts in a personal conversation.
We train people to meet our own needs – if you perform well, your chances of a permanent position afterwards are very high.
Ideally a year before your intended start date. That said, we accept applications all year round, as long as places are available.
Of course! A taster placement is the best way to get to know us and the role. Just send us a placement request via the relevant listing here on our website.
I like that I really learn something here rather than just watching. My colleagues always help out and take the time to answer questions.

What I like most is how much of a family we are. People support each other, and you can grow both professionally and personally.

I was made part of the team from day one. Things get explained to me, I get to pitch in myself and I feel taken seriously.
