Internal reporting office under the Whistleblower Protection Act
Under the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), this page allows you to report legal violations within our group of companies anonymously. You can send your report to the following e-mail address: hinweisgeber-eisbaereis@esche.de or get in touch by phone on: 040 - 36 80 51 19. The internal reporting office for Eisbär Eis is run by the law firm Esche Schumann Commichau Partnergesellschaft mbB, Hamburg. The reporting office is able to guarantee the whistleblower’s anonymity in full.

The reporting office is responsible exclusively for reports of serious misconduct. This includes, for example:
- Criminal offences against Eisbär Eis, such as bribery, embezzlement or theft
- Actions that expose Eisbär Eis to the risk of substantial penalties, damages claims or fines, such as breaches of competition law, money laundering or grossly inadequate occupational safety
- Conduct that violates human rights, for example by accepting child or forced labour, or that seriously disregards environmental protection or anti-discrimination rules.
For reports of less serious misconduct, please use other channels, such as your usual contact at Eisbär Eis, our quality assurance team or the management or HR department.
